Shipping Policy

Shipping and handling charges are a flat rate of $9.95 for all orders within the continental U.S. including Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. Any orders over $99 is FREE SHIPPING.

For all International shipping fees (Outside U.S.A)

Order amount between $0-$95, international shipping fee is $19.95 flat rate per order

Order amount between $96-$145, international shipping fee is $29.95 flat rate per order

Order amount between $146-$199, international shipping fee is $39.95 flat rate per order

Order amount between $200 or above, international shipping fee is $49.95 flat rate per order

Import duties, customs tax are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer responsibility. Please check with your country customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

All orders are shipped from New York (U.S.A) through USPS. We will process your order within 24 hours, and average delivery times by USPS are 4-7 business days may be delay cause by bad weather or hoildays. 7-14 business days on international order depend on locations. Please note that our shipping carrier USPS is a third party company and not directly connected with DailyNutri.com. Actual delivery time is dependent upon carrier based upon circumstances and is not guaranteed by DailyNutri.com.

Important:

Make sure to verify your shipping address. If your order is shipped to a wrong address that was provided by you, you may be 100% liable for the cost of the product as well as shipping and cost of any new product shipped to you because of such errors.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items(Must be in resale condition.)within 14 days of delivery for a store credit, but subject to 20% restocking fee (shipping fee is not refundable, in the case of the order had FREE SHIPPING, a $9.95 will be charged for returned orders). Opened or otherwise altered products may not be returned. Customer is also responsible for shipping costs of returning the products. Please noticed that our company does not offer refunds or tryouts.

You should expect to receive your store credit within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a store credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your status once we've received and processed the returned item.
